People graph
A conversation is a moment. A person is who to talk to. The people graph collects everyone Oetzi meets around your matched posts, keeps one record per human across platforms, remembers what is known about them, and records every time you or your agent reached out. It is the surface an outbound agent works from.
Where people come from
| source | when | cost |
|---|---|---|
| Authors | The author of every qualified conversation, automatically | free |
| Engagers | "Pull people" on a conversation, or automatic on hot matches when switched on in Settings | 1 credit per post, refunded under 3 people |
| Your own posts | 24 hours, 72 hours, and 7 days after Oetzi publishes something for you | 1 credit per stage, same refund rule |
Engager pulls fetch likes, reposts, quotes, and replies on X and Bluesky, reactions and comments on LinkedIn, comments on Reddit and Hacker News. Threads and Substack have no public engagement surface yet. Bluesky and Hacker News cost Oetzi nothing, so a pull there is charged the same 1 credit but the vendor line is zero.
Where to see them
Brain, People tab: everyone the workspace has met, filtered by platform, what they did, whether a verified contact exists, and tag. Open a person for their identities, every post they touched with the conversation it became, the contact, the tags (editable there), and the outreach log. The Competitors tab shows who was in each competitor's threads, and the Graph tab draws people next to the hub they engaged around. Each conversation page keeps its own “people around this post” panel with the Pull people button.
One person, many identities
Each platform account is an identity with a stable native id (an X user id, a Bluesky DID, a LinkedIn profile slug). Two identities become one person when the link is provable: a LinkedIn URL in a Bluesky bio, or the same personal website on both profiles. Anything less stays separate. Every identity keeps handle, display name, bio, title, company, follower count, website, and location as the platform reported them.
Resolving a contact
A person with a personal LinkedIn identity can be resolved to a verified contact: full name, title, seniority, company, business email, and on the premium tier a mobile number. 1 credit when something comes back, free on a miss, cached for the workspace afterwards so repeat calls never charge. Company pages cannot be resolved.
Outreach, the handoff
Whenever a reply goes out from Oetzi, an outreach record lands on that person: channel, message, outcome. Your own agent does the same with record_outreach after it sends anything anywhere. Before contacting anyone, check their outreach history. That is what keeps three tools and two humans from messaging the same founder three times.
Tags
Free-text tags per person per workspace (“champion”, “do-not-contact”, “q4-list”). Agents filter by them with list_people.
Privacy line
Identities are public profile data and are shared across workspaces, like the corpus of posts. Interactions, contacts, tags, and outreach are private to your workspace. A contact you paid to resolve is never visible to another customer.
