Terms of Service
effective august 2026 · draft, pending counsel review
1. The service
Oetzi monitors publicly available posts on social platforms (currently X, Reddit, Threads, and Hacker News), scores matching posts for buying intent using automated classification, and delivers qualifying conversations to your workspace. We process public content only, we never access private accounts, DMs, or closed communities on your behalf.
2. Accounts & acceptable use
You're responsible for activity under your account. You agree not to use the service to harass, spam, or dox individuals, to resell raw scraped data, to violate any platform's terms when you engage with the conversations it surfaces, or to attempt to reverse-engineer our classification systems. Drafted replies are suggestions, you are responsible for what you post, including any disclosure obligations that apply to you.
3. Billing
The plan is $49 per workspace per month, billed monthly via Stripe on one invoice per account, starting on the day you subscribe. Each workspace grants 100 credits at the start of every billing period; credits are the only meter (a listening sweep is 2, a share-of-model question 1, a rendered video 1, and a sweep that finds nothing is refunded). Adding a workspace or a recurring credit add-on mid-period is prorated onto your next invoice. Unused plan credits expire at the period end; purchased top-ups never expire. Subscriptions can be canceled any time from Usage and remain active through the end of the paid period.
4. Your data
Your signals, feedback labels, and workspace configuration are yours. We use feedback labels to tune your own signals' precision. We do not use your private workspace data to serve other customers. Public post content in our shared corpus is not exclusive to any customer.
5. Third-party content & takedowns
Leads consist of excerpts of and links to public posts authored by third parties. Authors may request removal of their content from our systems (see Privacy). We may remove content in response to valid legal requests.
6. Availability & changes
Social platforms change their access rules frequently, so platform coverage may change with notice where feasible. The service is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We may modify these terms with 14 days' notice for material changes.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes of outreach you conduct using the service.
8. Termination
You can cancel anytime from the billing portal, access continues through the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that violate section 2 after notice where practicable.
